Ronald’s career began while working under Barry Habib's mentorship – a recognized financial services industry executive, speaker, motivator, and bestselling author.  Ronald worked directly for Mr. Habib and his companies for eight years, gaining insight into organizational and industry leadership and public speaking.  While with United Communications Group and Residential Finance Corporation, Ronald supported various business functions from customer success, sales, marketing, and the executive team's specialized projects.

Ronald joined AMP Technologies, Inc. – a Silicon Valley technology startup company.  AMP Technologies was founded and created by Sabeer Bhatia – co-founder of Hotmail.com and serial tech entrepreneur.  Reporting directly to Mr. Bhatia, the CEO, and the organization’s SVP, Ronald directed AMP Technologies’ specialized strategies and global operations, all while managing the organization's most critical relationships and board of advisors.

Headquartered in New York City,  Ronald currently operates Grand Central Financial, LLC, a boutique consulting firm.  Industry leading organizations leverage Ronald's expertise to spearhead operational strategies, implement enterprise technology solutions ('ERP Systems'), streamline operational inefficiencies, and implement strategies to propel the organization to improved ROI and brand recognition.
